Privacy

Due to the nature of the topics discussed on this website, patients and caregivers may want to share personal stories. Please exercise caution when sharing real life stories and respect the privacy of others. Do not use the first and last names of anyone in your story, and do not reveal in what city or town your story takes place. Use only the first name of any health care provider. If the first name is very unusual, substitute a more common name for that individual. Editors reserve the right to change or omit the names of individuals whose privacy may be at risk. We recognize that reading real life experiences can be a helpful resource. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
